The successful agency will be in charge of creating a flash microsite for Noise Singapore which showcases well-rated works submitted by youths from past Noise editions. The microsite will be a virtual gallery to showcase works in art & design, photography and music, as well as host videos by Noise Singapore.

The successful company will be appointed to produce a flight of clips based on selected storyline and formatted for web distribution. Quotation must include voice talent and a tentative storyline based on one of the following subjects: A Day In The Life of An Illegal Immigrant; Crime Scene of a Murder; Gangsta Friends; My Virtual Life. These are to be designed as a short story, compatible with a quiz after every episode. The proposal should include suggestions on treatment of the content and style.

The site will be feature minimum graphics, be fully compatible with most if not all mobile browsers, and have 2 online forms with 12 fields. The form submission will activate an SMS to the mobile user. The quotation must include an option for APIs to map-based applications.

The hardware and software combined device will be deployed indoor in locations such as restaurants, clubs, offices, and stores. Near HD resolution required for multimedia content with ability for touchscreen input via keypad.

Project consists of 2 parts:

1. Creation of one eDM for dual purposes - sending of eDM invites to customers for movie events and product workshops. We need to develop the "skeleton". It should be in editable version so that the client can customise the copy as and when needed. See example of eDM below.
2. Creation and maintenance of RSVP platform for product workshops. Client intends to publish relevant information and schedules of the product workshops in their website so that customers and even non-customers are aware and can sign-up for these workshops. We are required to create a platform to capture RSVPs and to generate the RSVP listing to Client for every workshop. Please note that Client will also need us to create the page for the workshop schedule on Client website, as well as the other pages which lead to the sign-up page.
